Nice shot of the butterfly. However, the finger in the shot takes a lot away for me.

do you think bluring and dodging the finger might help like the pic below,

Stunning butterfly, but I think the post blurring/dodging makes the finger much more noticeable. Unless you are very proficient at PS and can mask it our entirely, I'd leave as is.
