Very well done for your first macro shot. Could you please supply the exif info? If you read the critique forum rules you'll see that we need them to better critique your image. BTW, what is he sitting on? |

Hi,
Thanks for the reminder over the EXIF data, I've updated the post with the data. Regarding the shot, The spider was sitting on my blanket, I just pulled him out from the wall and used my blanket as the background to capture the shot. |

Fantastic spider......a jumping spider. My favourites! Not a species I recognise but it's a nice shot. The largest size is a bit soft and the focus a little in front of the eyes but otherwise well caught. It looks great on the blue.
You have to be very careful with the focus in macro.
