Default Rostrada Heliconia flower

Rostrada

Nikon D90
Tamron Di AF 28-300mm (with macro)
Aperture f/10
Shutterspeed 1/250th sec
ISO800

This is unlike most common flowers, Rostrada Heliconia flowers dangle like a bunch of fruits. Because it dangles like fruits, it was not ideal to shoot top-down. So i decided to focus the Rostrada flowers in the back row with the front row as a frame in a horizontal approach.

I don't know how else to take it to make it better.

well you said u focused on the back row, i actually thought your focus was in front and the out of focus ones behind when i first saw this, but i dont know, personally i typically dont like the out of focus foreground type stuff, now here it doesnt really block the in focus area so not a big deal, but maybe just focus on the front row? just my 2 cents
