Post Candles in the Wind !

I took this shot inside a hotel, i want to know the following things to make it better :

1. Is the Lighting ok or should i have had the shutter speed lower inorder to get the movement of the flames, i tried to blow them but it was getting too blurry
2. Is the framing ok ? Or I should've tried to frame it from a little above the first candle as i the first flame is kinda hidden

looking forward to hearing all your constructive criticsm

Personally, I felt that the colour and the lighting of the picture was great. Not much comments for the framing part. Just curious, there seems to be a distracting line over the 2nd candle. Was that on the candle, or on the lens itself?

Great thanks a lot for the feedback, actually i do not know about that distracting line. I might have to clone it in photoshop. Thanks again.
