I shot this yesterday and would like some feed back on it. What do you think ? Is the focus on the correct part of the flower ?

focal length 55 mm
exposure 1/200 sec
ISO 200
no flash

I guess it will be better if u had more DOF
This is bit under exposed.
Either
1. increase (or set a ) +ve exposure compensation
2. Slow shutter speed
3. More ISO

But for larger DOF u need to have larger F num ( smaller aperture)

For me focus is OK, but your photo is a little underexposed.
I would also leave more space to the left of the image, since this composition is not in balance as it is.

I agree about the focus is okay and it's a bit underexposed. I think it would be nice with some more colors.
