I'm not sure about the composition...

Any general ideas or suggestions for improvement appreciated. Cheers

It may be because of the space above the fly. Being shot in portrait mode leaves a lot of green space. Might like to try a square crop to just above and below the light green leaf, and see if you are happier with that.
