Blue Flower Busy Background?

I'm trying to get some feedback on the background and color.
I got the blurred background I wanted but is it to busy?
Also, do the colors look over saturated? To dark?

Thanks for any critiques, this section has been very helpful so far.

I like this. You should resize appropriately for the forum though

i like this pic as well, but maybe you could desaturate the background a hair and leave the blue flower. it is beatiful as is too. well done

While the background is a bit busy, the simple colors make a good contrast. On top of that, the busyness of the background helps keep the full-on centered flower from having a boring composition. ntinlizi mentioned making the background a bit desaturated, and while I don't know if desaturating will make for a better contrast I agree that a bit more contrast between the petals and the background would be nice. Maybe a thin area around the flower that's either darker or lighter..? Something to heighten the edges. I do however love the color in the background.

This could easily become a very beautiful photograph with just some minor editing. IMO at least
