Default Inflight bug

Hiya all...

Pretty new here, but learning the ropes fast.

Here's a photo of a fly, painstakingly taken after a lot of tries in mid flight, manual focus at work. Not sure about the exif, had to fix the photo a bit so PS edited it, but I know it was 1/250 w/popup flash (forgot to bring the big guns), not sure about F no., ISO 100....

tokyorush, Welcome

You could help more, since the EXIF is so uncertain, by asking the specific question mentioned in the Critique rules. What do you think needs improving? What was most difficult about the shot? What do you want advice about?

Thanks for your input jC!

I'll paste in the original EXIF as soon as I get home, generally, I feel that it might've been brighter a bit, but since I had no flash with me, had to do with what I had. What do you think? Also, I am in desperate need for a dedicated macro lens, love to shoot macro, so that will probably be my next investment.
