I took this photo this morning while there was a frost. I was trying to capture the ice crystals and in hopes the colors of fragmented light also.

I would have taken it with the sun behind me but too much clutter in thee background. So I decide to focus on the plant with a little sun to the lower right.

I'm new with DSLR but want to learn.

Any help and thoughts for a better shot greatly appreciated.

Wow it must have taken you a week to type all that info. Oh wait thats just me. The picture it self looks a bit over exposed. The angle is interesting and the background looks OK.. Maybe bracket your shots then pick the best one. Interesting shot though.

Thank you Rick. Wasn't sure how much info was wanted for Exif so I posted all. I know someone will let me know the minimum info wanted.

you could have better angle ,when you shoot something like that. you can rotate around object almost every time around 360,and see it if is look better from othere angle
