Is this sheer nonsense OR... ??

I am absolutely a newbie at photography. Thought of sharing this top-shot I took of a plant in the terrace-garden at my friend's house. Am not sure whether at all this has any artistic value or is it sheer nonsense ?? Friendz please help...

I feel like there is no subject to really look at, it seems to be all out of focus. I think I know the kind of feel you were going for, but the fact that none of the leaves are in focus leaves (no pun intended) much to be desired.
