Default Rhode Island Red Times 2

This is not a Macro, but I would consider it to be a close up, by way of cropping. I was wondering if this crop helped out on composition? The original shot had a bad background, so I thought I would enlarge and crop. Please feel free to let me know if you think it worked. Thanks a lot.

Camera GENERAL IMAGING CO. X5
Exposure 0.006 sec (1/180)
Aperture f/5.2
Focal Length 73.5 mm
ISO Speed 200

Red Twins

Thanks for looking

I think the cropping was probably a good thing. Do you have a link to the original? It's a scary bird!

Thanks ktunacik, I dont have the original anymore, I liked the crop so well I went ahead and did the original. I guess when I learn how to clone things out, maybe I wont have to crop. And yes they are kind of strange birds, and scary. Thanks for the comments.
