I would like some thoughts on composition and exposure on this shot. I like this shot but was wondering if there was anything different I could do. I have blurred everything but the subject and I like the effect.. Any comments are appreciated.

Camera GENERAL IMAGING CO. X5
Exposure 0.007 sec (1/140)
Aperture f/3.0
Focal Length 4.9 mm
ISO Speed 100

I'm no expert but I enjoy this shot, and aspire to taking similar. I like the way the fungus (?) is in focus and the rest not. Thanks.

I like it! Maybe crop a little more on the right so it's not so half and half ...

Great picture. I disagree with crockney, I think the cropping is perfect. I would love to see it however with the background a little more in focus. Its great the way it is because you can see that it is leaves on the ground, but I think more clarity would enhance the photo. Really though fantastic shot, thanks for sharing.

Thanks a lot CheesWizz for all the great things you said about my shot. I tried the other crop but didnt like it as well, it seems that the original just showed better depth. I thought the blur made the subject kinda jump out there. Thanks again.
