Delicate White Flowers

Subjectelicate white flowers
Objective:Have a few white flowers in focus with background soft and out of focus; Create an interesting composition using thirds so focused flowers are not in centre of picture; compensate for shadowed area.
Camera:Nikon D5100, 55mm - 200mm lens
Settings: Exposure - 1/125 s, f/9 and ISO 100

I used the A-Priority setting so the shutter speed was selected by the camera.
Flash fired, compulsory flash mode, return light detected
Focal Length was set at 200.0 mm

Please comment on the image in terms of my objectives and settings used.

First of all, welcome to DPS. In term of your objectives, I think you did a nice job. As for settings, you can get a prettier bokeh if you open up your lens a little more.
