I'd like to know if this pic can be considered as a macro. what about the color and exposure? what advice can you give to improve?

Nina,
Technically it's not a macro as the magnification is not 1:1. More here:

Coming to other aspects, I don't see a focal point/plane and I see some camera shake as well and if I am not wrong, the photo was cropped to quite an extent. Ideally, I'd have loved to see the focus on the eyes and hope for more details. You could stop down to f8 and give it a shot again.
