Gun barrel cleaner

was playing around with settings on my camera and I think it turned out pretty good. What do you guys think? Good or bad comments are welcome.

In the Critique section you are supposed to ask specific questions about the critique you are looking for. When you say "what do you think" it's more of general "do you like it?" kinda thing and not really what the critique section is for (as I understand it).

Anyhow, for your shot (I'm a firearm enthusiast, I can almost smell the Hoppes #9 ) I'm not sure it really qualifies as Macro, kinda seems like just an up close shot but not really Macro. The DOF is nice but the composition a bit bland, feels like it needs to have a barrel in the shot (not the slide, just the barrel).
