Default any comments? this is going to put into my school's magazine's divider

i added some "grains" in there and i wanna everyone's opinion too, and tell me about the DoF.. i am quite lost here (new to photography)

Canon EOS 550D
aperture f/8
shutter speed 1/50
ISO 400

thx a bunch in advance.. i seriously nid the help from some experienced people..

I usually try to remove noise, but the added noise hear looks good. Just a stylistic difference, so I don't see a problem with what you've done.

As far as DoF, what do you want to know? Do you think you have too much or too little? What are you trying to do and not succeeding at?

overall I like it as it is, I'm also not generally a fan of grainy colour images, but what you have here works nicely IMO.

I don't think increasing the DoF would make the photo better. Right now, the eye goes immediately to the brush and the in-focus characters. There's enough detail in the rest of the scene to know what it is, but not so much that it pulls attention away from the subject.

This isn't to say that you couldn't make a nice photo of this subject with a deeper DoF, but if it were mine, I wouldn't.
