Default Blooming Rose

Hi,
I have been following the process of my rose bush over the past couple of days and was out taking shots of it yesterday. I tried to keep the rose from the center of the photo, but is the composition ok? What about the color? I would really like any ideas to make this photo pop, or if it looks ok the way that it is.

Thank you
Niki

nice shot niki, i like the soft look, i do find the rose bud in the background distracting though, along with the white behind that. otherwise, nice one

Thank you Dub. I was debating on that as well... I will have to mess with it a little more.
