My first macro

This is my first attempt at macro and anything will be useful / helpful.

Lens: Canon 85mm prime using extension tubes

I really like the lighting and the softness you achieved. I believe a bit more dof, larger f stop would have improved this by getting a bit more of the flower in focus , and leading the eye more. The composition is interesting almost too much open space in my mind but nicely done for a first attempt at a macro
