hi, i am new to this....but would like to improve..
i would like to know what should be done to improve a photo like this
camera used- casio exilm
time taken- sunset

I'm going to keep this pretty general as you haven't really stated an specific area you'd like looked at.
I understand that you're working with a non-SLR camera but the focus in the photo seems to be off, I would suggest using the macro setting on the camera if you have one, it should give you clearer shots.
I find there is quite a bit of noise/grain which may be a result of the camera, and there may not be anything you can do about that.

I also appreciate the feel you were trying to get with this photo but shooting into the sun like that has made the focal point of this photo underexposed, and transfers the focus to the sun glare.

I hope this helps a bit.
