ISO 400
Shutter Speed - 1/200 Sec.
Aperture Value - f/5.6

-The front of the leaf is not in focus, is that Bad?
-Is the Background too busy?

1 - I don't see a particularly interesting subject here
2 - If your subject is the front leaf it would be better if the whole leaf was in focus since there's nothing else to focus on (pun intended) ... try a smaller aperture

Try again and good luck!

Good advice. Also try changing your angle to see if you can clean up the composition that way, because when you stop the aperture down to get better depth of field, you will also be able to see the distractions clearer.

You can reduce your shutter speed at least three stops to 1/30 and that will give you three to use in increasing the f/number, reducing aperture size. You could go from f/5.6 to f/16 which should enable you to get a lot more of the leaf in focus.

Nice green color !
