Default Colius Aromaticus(Oregano) - please do critique

Dear friend, you need to read the Critique forum rules. In order to benefit from the critique you need to specify the aspects of your photo that you need critiqued.

As a general rule I follow the advice of one of my photography teachers that said: "Place your image on your bedroom wall so you can see it everyday. That way you can decide whether your image needs corrections, or if it bores you altogether."

I believe your image needs cropping in order to become more interesting to the eye.
In the middle, I see something in the background that looks like a pole or a wire. I would crop my image there, and keep the oregano and the sky above it.

In my humble opinion, that would make your image much better.

As a new photographer, my input might be a bit light on the technical side.

Anyways, i agree with the above comment about cropping the picture. Another matter that i feel disturbing is the lack of colors. Tweak these a bit more with photoshop?
