Default I missed you

I missed you

1st try on this subject anyway, had a hard time to set up the shot as the little guys were moving all over the place. Used Nikon D5000 at 1/15 sec to shoot at f5.6. Pushed the Nikon 55 - 300mm to max 300mm (as I do not have a macro lens) with the ISO set at 500. And as for lighting , it was only the morning sun light reflected form a nearby window.

Wonder if I should have used a higher s/ speed to avoid the movement found in the picture, on the other hand I think that the movement of the bettle provides some "action". What should I do?

I think that it is a good shot and could be better with a little PP because I think it is a bit underexposed. If you would have used a little higher iso and quicker shutter speed it way not have the motion blur but I think it adds to the character!
