Canon 50D, Sigma 150mm f2.8 macro, available light, handheld, standard PP.

Thank you.

As usual, you come up with visually appealing shots. I love the colors and the composition; but yes, that brown slash on the upper left somehow distracts the eye as well as that raindrop on the top edge.

Thank you cristen

I'll see about reworking it and post it here.

I agree with cristen there. for me it's more of the peeking raindrop at the top that's bothering me rather than the brown blur to the side

I really like the shape and the reflections in the raindrop btw. Great job

Stunning. The other raindrop at the top does make something. Still amazing. The brown color on the side seems to be fine being there.

Forgot to mention how lovely the reflections on the raindrop are... but could you have waited for a few seconds more for it to go lower so that it would engulf the tip of the twig? or would it have been too late and the raindrop would fall?

Being that you are only allowed one picture per day in critique I'll try to post yours tomorrow.

That is where the raindrop came to a stop. I have found through much effort and frustration that trying to coax a rain or dewdrop to move sends it running off to the ground.
