I want to know your opinions regarding: subject, composition, tehnique on the photo bellow.

Great shot.... but if the photo had a smaller aperture size, and a bit more brighter, it qould be perfect. One more thing, if the flower was a bit more up, the shot would be perfect! but still nice photo!!
