Cool Amethyst Pendant



I took this using a Canon Rebel xTi using the 'close up' setting. The lighting was mostly a sun lamp (used to treat S.A.D.). The only editing done is adding the watermark and adding a very slight darkening of the edges.

I guess you wanted a critique on this, if you were going for a dark picture that highlights the chain you did a great job.

I would like to see more emphasis on the amethyst itself since that is the title of the photo. Better focus and more light exposure on the gem.
