Default Totally new here and to Photography

Hi I'm Eduard and 28 years old. Well I'm totally new to Photography. I bought my Camera just two days ago. It's a Canon 550d. So i just want to show a picture which i took today, and which i like. I find there are some things to discover. Thanks for your critics, and i hope to be a part of this great community here.

Welcome to DPS, Eduard! It's a great place to learn more and you'll find lots of helpful people here.

The site has been having some server issues in the last week so at this time it isn't possible to see your image in full size. That makes it difficult to respond so don't be discouraged if you don't get responses right away. I'm sure the site will be back to normal soon and then you'll have more viewers who will give you some comments!

Eileen is right...I can't see your photo full size. But I still would like to welcome you here. I've only been here for less than a week and I love it. The people are very friendly and helpful. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

Ron

Hi Eduard,
Nice capture. What specifically do you want critique on? Also, please remember the EXIF data (info on f stop, shutter speed, lens, flash, WB, etc). That really helps in making suggestions for improvement. If you read the sticky at the top of this forum it will explain how to get the most from this section.
If you are just wanting to share your shot (SYS), there is a seperate forum for that.
Have lots of fun with your new camera! And welcome to DPS.

It's normally part of the data with the original file.
Should be viewable with the software the came with your camera. (DPP?)

It is called Exif (Exposure information)
Here is an example from one of my pics..
Camera Canon EOS 5D
Exposure 0.04 sec (1/25)
Aperture f/2.0
Focal Length 35 mm
ISO Speed 3200
Exposure Bias 0 EV
Flash Off, Did not fire
