Default Mantis Close-Up

Hello everyone,
I took this today at lunch time. It was walking near the car but I didn't have my camera at the time. I came back from buying lunch and it was still there so I ran in the office to get the camera and took this shot. It was rushed but I still thought it came out pretty good. It was as slightly cloudy day and I was rushed on my knees to try and get the shot. I also had to manually focus because the auto-focus kept focusing on the pavement.

I'd like to know if firs the composition is good and exposure.

I'm trying to learn to do all these correctly and want to know if I got close.

Thank you
JP

Thank you for contacting me. Is this better? Do I need to do something else?
