Arrow !!!Advice wanted!!!

I decided to get up close with my daughters hermit crab. How did I do as far as lighting? Should I crop it? I don't know how to get rid of the glare from the flash on the second shell, any tips on that? Tips and especially critiques wanted and welcomed.

Nikon D60
f/5.6
1/60 s
ISO 100
18-55mm @ 48mm
w/ x4 Macro Lens adapter

Thank you for looking!!

The lighting seems a little dark in my opinion and as far as cropping, I think it's fine as it is. I just used the clone tool for the flash reflection and did a slight levels adjustment. I believe most photo editing software have a clone tool you can use.
