Default "Nursery" - points for improvement please

"Nursery"

Camera: Canon Digital IXUS 60
Exposure: 0.033 sec (1/30)
Aperture: f/2.8
Focal Length: 5.8 mm
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: Off, Did not fire

This photo was taken under low light condition.
Would greatly appreciate reading your comments about it and tips on how to improve my macro shots.

I love this shot, it's a great capture. The only problem is that it needs a bit more isolation of subject. The bud on the right would make a great macro on its own. But IMHO, I believe it detracts from the main subject of this image. The reasons being, it's color draws the eye, and it's large and sharp.

I've looked, with great interest, of your "Anything that Crawls" set on flickr. There are some great shots!
