Water droplet

Hi,
After reading some tips on water droplets I started experimenting and this is the result.
I did some cropping and color enhancment with PaintShop. I want to have some opinions on the background. Will a darker background improve on the water droplet?

Hi,
Nice shot, I too have had a go at water droplets after reading the tutorials. My experience is that the lighter background is better - it this case it helps the drop stand out, especially with the blue base.

This is a stunning shot! I think I will have to try water droplets now too, although I would be surprised if I got anything close to this. As far as the background, I feel like a solid color, dark or light would make the water drop pop more, but it's hard to tell without seeing it. Good job!

I agree with carlyfan..
Its a nice shot... but solid colored blackground would be great for this shot....
