Default A tropical fruit - Pomcetyre

Hi peoples, I believe in breaking the rules sometimes. Here is a broken rule. Please be very critical on this picture. It is an extreme close up shot, I have some pics to put up on display and I am considering this picture. Do you think this is a good example of breaking the rule of thirds in a good way? Thanks for the criticism, and being very judgmental.

Pomcetyre

cheers,
SJ

Thanks for taking the time to look, and remind me for my forgetfulness Windrider. Here you go, anyone else wish to chime in. My objective with this photo is to make anyone viewing it say, "This looks really cool, interesting what is this?, and have you really just wondering hmm? Do you think the way I composed this shot works well for what it is? I did not crop this pic, this is the full size out of camera- only adjustments made were to the levels. Thanks for taking the time to view and critique. I hope the info I just gave is enough...not sure how else to extract the data than just what I read in the meta data.
