This is a beautiful bloom, very well composed and the water drops give it a temporal feeling.
Unfortunately, the eye is quickly drawn to the blown out area in the upper right. This is very distracting -- one must be very careful to compose so there no distractions from the main subject. Yes, the eye wants to move around, but it should be pleasant. And, that is not to criticize the use of side or back-lighting. The 2nd distraction is that the leaf in lower left is sharp, but some areas of the petals are not. Control of DoF is essential and is not only created by aperture, but the actual focus point during the shoot. And 3rd, when using this much back/side light, the petals should show some light coming through -- translucence. Be encouraged, close-up photography is an extremely technical and aesthetic challenge!
