Default Sunflower

My mother had some sunflowers someone gave to her a few days ago.
She wanted some pictures taken of them, so I figured now would be a good time to try for a macro shot.

This is the best image of the ones I took, but I wanted some critique. What do you think I could do better for next time? Thanks.

Thumbs up

Ronie~ NICE!! You seem to have got down to the flowers level - an important first step. At least in my book. I find this to be a great shot, on just about any level. Some would like to see more pedals and less center, some just the other way around. I find NO fault with this, and a LARGE frame print 'as is' would be a great addition to any decor. Everyone has their own ideas on such things, but this is "RIGHT ON', in my book. Keep up the great work.

Thanks J.R.
I was considering if no major objections came when I asked for critiques to make a nice size print of this for her, because her kitchen has that exact color yellow in it. I'm glad you like it though because I'm still relatively new to macro, this is only my third attempt.
Thanks again.

Default nice job

I like it, especially the green in the center. matches well with the green between the petals.
