It looks wonderful. Very nice background blur from the f/2.8 aperture. I think a vertical crop removing the acres of wasted space on the left and right will make it even better. Or probably even a square crop showing just the upper part. It is also pretty noisy for ISO 100, are you sure about that value? What post production program are you using and what exactly did you do?

Really nice result!
The only thing I don't like is the position you chose for the flower, in the middle of the frame.

I'd also add a noise reduction filter to reduce some visible noise. (I'm sure that at a bigger resolution the noise is much more visible)

Regards,

the DOF is to thin and the plant is to dead center, your option now are: 1) crop the left 2) crop all sides to fill the frame

see if this better.... i cropped the shot and applied the noise reduction (i think?), bumped the saturation and sharpness a tiny bit...i like the crop alot better.....and here's a dumb question, what happens when you crop the shot and you want an enlargement? does the cropped shot work with the enlargement standard sizes i.e. 8x10, 16x20, etc...or is there dead space around the actual photo..which it seems to have when viewing on my monitor....all so confusing....thanks all......
