Default Mom's Garden Flower
How could I improve this photo of the flower?
I appreciate any suggestions, even if harsh.

Edit: I realized I have not followed the rules completely. I am looking for any ideas on cropping / composition. Do you all have any ideas for this to improve it? The photo also has not been edited at all in PS, and it came right from my camera.


Canon Rebel
Canon 50mm 1.8 lens
ISO: 100
f/4.0 (I think this is right)

I think the direct lights is over, you can use light diffuser.

What is a diffuser? That small blown out part is the sun I believe, because it was like 4:30 pm. I agree though, I don't like that part of the photo.

So, I will google the diffuser right now.
