Default Cropping of desert wildflower shot

Wildflower -- Arches Natl. Park

This was in high desert in Utah, I used myself to shade the flower. I like the detail in the flower. Question is about the shape in the UL corner, which I know is the shadow of my shoulder. I'm not sure if I like this or not. Is it too obviously my shoulder? Is the sunny patch too distracting? Cropping it would eliminate some of the buds,; should I leave as is?
Thanks for looking.

I find the DOF a little distracting, perhaps cropping would concentrate the focus on the flower, pehaps just to the right of the bright area, leaving only the open flowers, with the stem coming in on the left and the flowers into empty space would enhance.

Cheers
