Default Raindrop on Yellow Flower

Looking for opinions on this one.

Is the yellow flower in the back too distracting, or does it add to the image?

Composition?

Framing?

I like it. The flower in the back is a little distracting, but i don't think it's enough of a problem to worry.

I'm nowhere near experienced enough to take too seriously, but in my opionion; It would be almost perfect had you been arranged just an inch or two to the right, it would have seperated the two flowers, taken the distraction away, and turned it into a nice enhancement. (there's a better word for that, but it's too early in the a.m. to think of it now. ) LOL.

Love the colors and the frame. A gorgeous, calming shot for the most part.

beautiful and simple! the drop on the petal makes the flower come alive. the colors contrast very well. perhaps you could have shifted your perspective to insert a bit of green space between the two flowers. the background flower is a bit distracting only because it touches the one in focus. otherwise it could have added a nice balance to your shot.

Nice work!

I suggest using levels, curves, etc., to make the colors just a tad more vibrant. But this is already nice! :-)

Thanks for the great comment, Laurenbiz

I just started working with levels, curves...and will give it a try.

Thanks for taking the time and the suggestion!

I like the picture like everyone else. However, I feel it is slightly underexposed.
