Default Macro Flower Shot

Fairly new to photography and am really enjoying macro. Please critique I'am all ears. I've only shot a couple rolls of film on macro shots, and finally bought a nikon AIS 55mm macro lens, but hear that the 105mm macro would be much better? Thanks Brad

Hello Bradley welcome to DPS. Is your shot taken indoor? with this kind of angle its good to include the sky to my opinion, it adds spice to your image. I like the way you shoot it. Also, if you post next time dont forget to include your EXIF data.
