Default A closer look at Alliums

I took this with my new Sigma 70-300mm lens. I sharpened and took the brightness down a notch in PS. I like this shot the way it is, but I'm looking for some words of wisdom on what would make it better. Thanks.

Very pretty, very sharp! Gorgeous bokeh....just wish they weren't so centered and cut off.

Otherwise, really nice.

No words of wisdom but just a different point of view.

Smile Critique by a newbe

I noticed the backwards-C curve of the flowers when I first saw it. The cropping by LoveDLSR accentuates the curve.

I like the both softer colors of your picture and the brighter colors of LoveDLSR. It would depend on what mood you want to invoke.

Thank you all for your input.PamV, I was sorta trying to keep it soft and subtle because it was a dreary day. I do like it brighter as well, and LoveDSLR's crop does it justice. And Susan, thank you for all your help and input, you are making it easier for me to learn!
