Post Magic Mushroom! kind of.

I like this Photo in Black and White but also in color. I would like to know if I could have chosen a better angle, lighting, lens, or anything. basically if there is anything wrong with this let me know.

Overall looks good but just touch flat also seem a bit off the WB seem to have a bit of blue tinge
so I suggest maybe to go on the warmer side just a touch
as not know what PP program you use

so maaybe have a another go at it

Aside from the creepinessof all those fissures, I like it. Nice and sharp, but IMHO as the previous reviewer said there is kind of a blue tinge going on - try correcting it in post that might bring out some more depth or crank up the contrast a little too.

This could have been a good shot if it weren't for the grass in front of it. I've been photographing morels for years, and several hours of cloning in *cringe* PS 5 taught me a lesson. NEVER press the shutter release unless you are sure there is nothing in the way!! Cloning Morel, Not Easy!

Also the morel in your photo is very small and disfigured (see how it is puckered at the top), my advice would be to go find a new morel, and this time know what to look for.
