This is my first attempt at photographing a subject through a water drop let alone multiple water drops. I like it, but I think that it could be better. I used a egg whisk to hang the drops from. I put a bunch of drops on all of the wires coming through the frame. Should I have used a wider aperture to get all of them in focus? or do just a few look better? what about a solid background behind the flower? Like I said I like it but I think that it could be better.

Good shot.
I agree with you that a solid background would help clean up the image in the water droplet. The other tines of the whisk are a little distracting - perhaps a long blade of grass or a flower stem could be used instead? |

Thanks for the input. When I have some free time again I will try it again.
