I'm no pro and I can't offer much in the way of suggestions....but I can tell you that I like this a lot. Whatever effects you put on the process was very good. A very pretty image and I like it.

I like the colors and processing. Personally I would crop a bit off the right and bottom to focus more on the vivid colors of the stamen against the rest of the colors, the green at the bottom doesn't seem to anything for the shot since the stem is hidden and it seems to be floating there.
As to the composition the front flower really pops but then my eye travels to the next yellow, then up to the last and out of the photo. Nothing seems to draw the eye back into the scene.
If you can cheat a bit in these situations and slightly bend the foremost flower closer to your lens you will get a cleaner bg eliminating the need to blur it in pp

loooove these colors!!! beautiful!
I like the dof too...really nice.
I agree that the yellow is what grabs my attention...though I will defer to someone else's experience for what to do about that...

I'm just a newbie too, so take this with a grain of salt...

There doesn't seem to be much (if any) bokeh in this photo. More and more I'm discovering that people on photography forums I visit are using that as a buzzword to draw more viewers to their threads. That said...

I think this is a great photo. The colors are incredible! I do agree with Dodgeinart in that the composition is a bit off. As much as the colors "pop" it would be even more outstanding if there were more green.

Thanks to all for the critique: Dodgeinart, I see what you mean about the eye leaving the photo, and thanks for the crop suggestion,

Browncoat, thank you also for the critique, I appreciate your feedback; however I did not use the phase "Bokeh" in the title to falsely draw people to my thread. I merley wanted feedback on the photo, as I was not happy with the DOF on the rear flowers and had to use Photoshop to correct..
