I love it. I think your doing very well as a macro photographer. It's kind of hard to tell exactly what the subject is but that probably isn't a bad thing for a photo of this type. There are only two problems that I can see. One is that their is too much of that bright bluish stuff to the right of the subject. Perhaps you could crop some of that out because it is distracting. Also the frame your using seems unbalanced and a bit too large.

thanks for your input. its a glass of gingerale with cherries in it...just sitting on my window sill. I did alter the contrast and brightness on it though.
