Default My first posting and first water drop shots

Allow me to express my gratitude first of all to this wonderful site and forum which is helping me a lot with my very new hobby.

I tried to take few shots of water drops and I appreciate your comments on how to improve these shots and what did I do wrong.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

Congrats on your first posting , Welcome to DPS , both shots are nice , however i liked the first one , it has got the proper focus on the drop of water , second one needs more focus , you 'd have noticed the second shot .. the focus was not on the water drop but altogether nice try and wish you good luck for more and more best water drop shots.

Welcome welcome...

I do like these, but I think you should work on the backgrounds a little more... they seem to detract from the focal point and focus was off on the second one.

Keep shooting!
