It appears your color balance is off a bit but that doesn't hurt the picture that much just makes it a little warm. I think your lights did fine for this subject with the face in focus. If you were wishing any sort of depth of field I think your lights will need to be brought in much closer. You are full open on a pretty fast lens and at only a 1/30 of of a sec shutter. You could gain a stop or two and go to iso 400 but still not a lot of wiggle room. So no, it is not bad. You noted the pillow. Continue to experiment with your lights and have fun! Beautiful animal by the way...
