Do you mean you're looking for examples of how people set up their equipment?

i want diagrams really with an example.
Most of the set ups i see use 2 or more flashes and i just need simple lighting diagrams with examples to mess around with.
i was looking at your flickr and the lightingdiagrams.com is what i need but they don't have examples. it just lets you make the diagrams.
any suggestions???

Ah...LOL, you saw this on my Flickr! Well, it's a diagram that I made of the setup that I use. Any help to you at all?

Well, there are an infinite number of possibilities for lighting setups. It all depends on what you, as the photographer, want.

I think if you understand how to use the equipment and how the light reacts to different setups, I think you'll be better off. Achieving low-key lighting is more about controlling the light output to accent contours, shapes, or whatever you want to accent. Of course, you have creative freedom as far as actual light positions go.

Your request for a bunch of light diagrams seems a bit...well...absurd. A few diagrams to get you started can be helpful, but the best advice is just to experiment. You have the equipment. What's stopping you?

there has to be a top ten basic lighting set up list.
