Default What do I need to buy for an indoor studio?

What basics do I need to buy to shoot indoors? I mostly shoot outdoors, natural lighting and want to bring it indoors now for the winter for the first time.

Do you have an good web resources that can help me learn indoor lighting techniques?
Thanks in Advance

If you think cameras and lenses suck up money, there's no end to the bits and pieces you can buy when you're embarking on setting up a studio - it's a shopperholic's dream

What you NEED really comes down to what you want to photograph.

I'd say you can get away with something as simple as a flash (off camera with a cord would be fine) and a reflector.

Others wouldn't think of taking portraits without at least 4 strobes

As for websites - my lighting inspiration comes predominantly from these two sites:

Strobist

and, of course, from DPS
