Yep. I agree. The OP asked about "dusk", and I know it's not a well-defined term, but dusk to me means at least some ambient light is available. And if I'm wrong, then you've got it covered.

yes you are right.. dusk may be some ambient light yes.. but depending on the sky.. well.. if it's all cloudy.. then i can still be pretty dark at dusk but well. i guess we have covered both situations then

A There is nothing to bounce your flash off as it's outside.

Yes, What you do is get a meter reading off a face you are going to photograph in A/Av mode-make note of the settings-switch to manual mode and use these settings for exposure-you can set your flash at 45 degrees,and with a rubber band attach a white business card, for bounce. regards, Ken
