Do you have to use the PC cord or can you just use it wirelessly?
Can you just put the transmitter on the camera hot shoe and does the receiver have a hot shoe for the flash? Or am I missing something?

And yes I did RTFA But the author doesn't discuss much about the performance of it. I know a big problem I read with the V2 cactus was failure to fire. Some reports said 25% or more. I gather from the article the V4 is better but he doesn't address that issue directly (or I need to learn to read).

Yippee...mine were at the house when I got in from work this evening. It is a little difficult to turn the receiver on/off when the flash is already in the hotshoe, but I can work around that. I can't wait for the weekend when I'll really be able to spend time. Now, I've got to get a softbox and stand.

Edit: March 26th: I am getting depressed they are not hear yet again and it seems everyone on the web has already received theirs. March 25th: Nope not today either. I think it takes longer to get them shipped to work than home. Lesson learned. This happened last time it took a month for me to get a memory card.
