I am wanting to take some photos of my pregnant sister and she is wanting a few silhouette shots of her and her husband. How do I achieve a great silhouette shot with only natural lighting in the house? Can anyone help? Thanks!

Do all the things that people tell you not to do if you want well-exposed photos. Shoot with much more light behind your subject than in front, try not to bounce light into the front of the subject, expose for the background.
You'll probably find this easiest if you shoot a subject against a window during the day and expose for the sky, but you can do it with interior lights, too.
